This range is intended for treatment of large water quantities in continuous operation. Depending on the type, between 15 and 10,000 g/h of chlorine dioxide are produced. The plants are designed for industrial use and incorporate numerous control and report functions. They can also be operated dependent on measured value.
Bello Zon® CDV (15 - 2000 g/h)
Bello Zon® CDV plants operate with diluted chemicals, i.e. with
Bello Zon® acid (hydrochloric acid 9 %) and with Bello Zon® chlorite (sodium chlorite 7.5 %). In the production plant, approx. 40 g of chlorine dioxide are produced from one litre of each of the two chemicals. The plants are available with a capacity of up to
2000 g/h chlorine dioxide production.
Bello Zon® CDK (150 - 9800 g/h)
Bello Zon® CDK plants operate with standard concentrated chemicals (hydrochloric acid to EN 939, 30-33 % and sodium chlorite to EN 938, approx. 25 %). In this case approx. 150 g of chlorine dioxide are produced for each litre of the two chemicals. To ensure that safety is
maintained during production, CDK plants are equipped with a third pump, which doses the dilution water into the reactor. The plants are available with a capacity of up to 10 kg/h chlorine dioxide production.
