
The ozone production plants of the OZONFILT® range are fully fledged, compact plants incorporating different product ranges. The OZVa range includes seven types with performances from 5 up to 90 g ozone/h.
These plants achieve high performance and reliability levels through consistent use of microprocessor technology in connection with mean frequency ozone production technology. The OZONFILT® OZVa conforms to the German standard for ozone production plants: DIN 19627.
Operating gas: Air (OZVa 1 to 4)
The ozone is produced from the oxygen in the surrounding air and dosed at the same time. Air treatment is carried out as a drying process under variable pressure. In this way even if there is high ambient air humidity, reliable ozone production is guaranteed.
Operating gas: Oxygen (OZVa 5 to 7)
The OZONFILT® OZVa 5-7 range is a new development based on tried and tested PSG technology, which through operation with oxygen enables ozone concentrations up to 150 g/Nm3. The ozone is produced in 1-3 generators depending on plant type from oxygen, which is provided in cylinders or special oxygen generators. The rated output of the individual generators is 30 g/h with 100 g/Nm3.
