Completely Mounted Measuring Stations The panel-mounted complete measuring stations are tailor-made for the specific requirements of different water treatment applications. Up to three measuring parameters for different applications can be selected simultaneously via a simple identcode system.

Metering Pumps Metering pumps are used wherever fluids must be dosed into a medium with a highest possible grade of accuracy with a defined volume and within a defined time period. Dissolved Oxygen Measurement The measurand „Dissolved Oxygen“ indicates the amount of the physically dissolved oxygen in its gaseous, liquid phase in mg/l (ppm). We offer two different sensor types for the online measurement of this parameter.

The DULCOMETER® D1C/D2C controllers The DULCOMETER® D1C/D2C controllers make up the core of the extensive range of controllers and transmitters available from ProMinent. They are reliable, universally usable and can control a wide range of parameters.

Ultromat® AF/AT/ATF Continuous Flow Systems Five plant sizes, issue quantity: 400 to 8 000 l/h In Continuous Flow Systems, the reservoir is separated into multiple chambers. Thus, it is largely avoided that recently mixed polymer is entrained.

Ultromat® AFP/ATP/ATFP 2-Chamber Batch Systems Four plant sizes, issue quantities 400 to 4 000 l/h These systems are divided into 2 separate chambers. Thus product entrainment is excluded.

Ultromat® MT Manual Polymer Mixing Stations Eight plant sizes, issue quantities of 120 l/h up to 4 800 l/h Ultromat® MT plants consist of one single-chamber reservoir. The flocculants are added manually, mixing is made with the agitator.

POLYMORE for liquid Polyelectrolytes POLYMORE is an in-line polymer preparation station for the processing of liquid polymers. Using a peristaltic pump, the liquid polymer is metered into the multi-zone mixer unit to the diluent water and processed into a homogeneous and effective polymer solution. The unit was designed for wall mounting and thus requires only little space.

PolyRex for powdery and liquid Polyelectrolytes PolyRex is a double-deck preparation station for the processing of liquid and powdery polymers. The preparation station consists of the delivery and mixer unit and the two double-deck tanks made of stainless steel.
