Fake e-mails in circulation

Dear visitors, customers and business partners,
We would like to inform you that in the last few days we have unfortunately noticed that unknown third parties sent an increasing number of emails that look as they would originate from ProMinent. We cannot exclude that you will or have already received such email. We have not, however, sent these messages.
These are rather fraud attempts by third parties. The sender has designed the emails so that they look familiar and trustworthy, with the aim of encouraging you to click on links or open or download attachments. These links or attachments may contain or lead to malicious code.
Please be careful and check all emails that look as they might come from us. You can recognize the fraudulent emails in particular by the obviously false email addresses (surname.firstname@XZY.net, but not ...@prominent.com).
For the sake of good order, we would like to inform you about these fraudulent emails and ask for your vigilance. Please do not download or open attachments and simply delete the corresponding email.
In case you come across any further irregularities, please keep us informed.
With kind regards
