BrauBeviale 2019 - Hygienic dosing with the Sigma Control

At BrauBeviale 2019 in Nuremberg, November 12 to 14, ProMinent will be presenting the new CDVd chlorine dioxide system and the proven OZVb ozone system at Booth 203 in Hall 6. Other highlights include the new DULCO flex Control DFXa peristaltic dosing pump, the Sigma motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump with a special hygienic feed unit as well as the low-chlorate and low-chloride disinfection using membrane electrolysis.
Another highlight at this year's BrauBeviale is the new Sigma Control motor diaphragm metering pump equipped with a special hygienic stainless steel dosing head. The electropolished and dead space-optimised conveying units are ideal for hygienically sensitive applications. The smooth surface and the simple construction enable easy CIP cleaning and quick disassembly. The non-return valves with EPDM seals ensure reliable and precise dosing under hygienic conditions for all aqueous foodstuffs and food additives. The performance range extends from 16 to 770 l/h. It almost goes without saying that the new Sigma, like all intelligent ProMinent metering pumps, can be flexibly networked with all common bus systems via web servers. With the DULCOnneX platform, it already meets all the requirements of tomorrow's 4.0 standards today.
