At BrauBeviale 2019 in Nuremberg, November 12 to 14, ProMinent will be presenting the new CDVd chlorine dioxide system and the proven OZVb ozone system at Booth 203 in Hall 6. Other highlights include the new DULCO flex Control DFXa peristaltic dosing pump, the Sigma motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump with a special hygienic feed unit as well as the low-chlorate and low-chloride disinfection using membrane electrolysis.

In combination with its gateway DULCOnneX, the new peristaltic dosing pump DULCO flex Control DFXa enables simple monitoring, analysis and optimisation of processes. Digitally networked, all necessary information is available for optimum plant control and ensures smooth processes at all times.
With its intuitive user interface with click wheel, 4 additional operating keys and large LC display, the DFXa guarantees very simple operation. The dosing head developed and patented by ProMinent enables a quick and uncomplicated hose change without tools. The display gives the operator precise instructions on the individual work steps - this prevents operating errors and saves costs. The DFXa is particularly suitable for dosing outgassing, highly viscous, abrasive, shear-sensitive and chemically aggressive liquids. In addition, it is suitable for industrial use and can be connected to the web-based fluid management platform DULCOnneX within a few minutes. With this cloud-based solution, dispensing processes can be monitored in real time, downtime avoided and fully automated reports generated.
