Modular in design, the new panel-mounted measuring and control system DULCOTROL® offers users a high degree of flexibility. ProMinent is presenting the complete measuring points on Stand J94 in Hall 8 at the ACHEMA 2015.
The compact, application-optimised online measuring and control units have been specifically tailored to the requirements of the potable water and food and beverage industries. Modular in design, all of the components required for measurement, control and monitoring of the different types of water are coordinated with each other and assembled on a PE panel wired ready for connection.
DULCOTROL® Drinking Water/F&B guarantees the reliable measuring and controlling of all the required parameters in drinking, process, rinsing, raw and process waters for disinfection, CIP (Cleaning In Place) and for the pH value adjustment.
DULCOTROL® Waste Water guarantees the reliable measuring and controlling of all the required parameters in clear water, turbid or sludge containing water with solid fractions and water with fluoride and a pH range of less than 7. The continuous monitoring and the correcting of the waste water quality is particularly important in pH neutralisation and pH value adjustment, disinfection of purified water, elimination of reducing agents and oxidants for the purpose of detoxification, desalination of process water, monitoring of rinsing water and the control of dissolved oxygen at the biological clarifying stage.
The standard version consists of a complete online measuring and control system comprising a controller DULCOMETER® diaLog DACa, one or two DULCOTEST® sensors and associated fittings, pipework and cabling. Further devices for treating the measured water, such as compatible filters, pressure reducers, heat exchangers or measured water pumps can be added to meet the requirements of the application.
This system solution is winning customers over thanks to its simple Plug & Play installation in bypasses with significant savings in terms of planning and installation, as well as its task-specific and reliable operation.
