Safe foodstuffs thanks to reliable technology from ProMinent. For example, using DULCO®Lyt for low chlorate and low chloride disinfection or chemical-free disinfection by means of UV radiation. Alternatively, manufacturers and processors can use metering systems to hygienically and accurately meter flavourings and additives. These ensure high-quality, reproducible recipes.
ProMinent’s optimised electrolysis system DULCO®Lyse economically produces the highly effective DULCO®Lyt 400 disinfectant on site. Not only is this a cost-effective alternative to conventional chlorine disinfectants, in addition, it ensures a significantly lower chlorate level than conventional processes: less than 0.01 ppm of chlorate for one dose of 1 ppm FAC (Free Available Chlorine). Exactly the same is true for the chloride by-product, where concentrations are also well below the figures of conventional technologies, thereby reliably preventing corrosion. Highly accurate metering also improves process reliability.

Ready-wired metering systems DULCODOS® F&B ensure hygienic, accurate metering of cleaning agents, disinfectants, additives and auxiliary agents. Depending on application, solenoid-driven metering pumps gamma/ X or Beta and motor-driven metering pumps Sigma ensure maximum precision. Chemical-free disinfection in line with hygienic design requirements
New UV systems Dulcodes LP F&B disinfect product water in the food and beverage industry free of chemicals. The DVGW-certified system meets the hygiene requirements for Cleaning in Place (CIP). The surfaces are electro-polished to an Ra roughness of less than 0.8 µm to prevent the media flowing through from sticking.
