Biocide metering with ProMinent technology gives peace of mind and saves money. Our metering pumps feed accurately metered biocides to the water and prevent slime - and therefore the risk of clumps forming in the paper machine. Clumps cause holes or tears in the paper. This is very costly as the whole reel of paper is unusable. The machine has to be stopped and started up again. ProMinent metering pumps gamma/ X, beta® and Sigma prevent microbiological deposits.

The flow meter DULCOFLOW reliably measures pulsating flows in the range above 0.03 ml/stroke based on the ultrasound measuring principle. The flow meter achieves maximum chemical resistance as all wetted parts are made of PVDF and PTFE.
