Our big bags store solids hygienically and without producing dust. The Ultromat batching station processes powder polymers automatically and produces and meters solutions ready for use. Our multi-screw feeders are also essential when metering solids and can be integrated in almost any process, be it continuous or discontinuous. They also tolerate huge fluctuations in bulk weight, experience little wear and are self-cleaning.

Tomal^® Big Bag emptying unit

Emptying of Big Bags up to 1,000 kg

This emptying unit is used to accommodate and empty Big Bags weighing up to 1,000 kg. The Big Bags are suspended in the frame with the aid of a lifting cross bar. The 30-litre powder storage tank is used to transfer the powder into a feed unit.

Old mine, new technology: Metering bulk goods on a large scale

In the Swedish town of Garpenberg, north-west of Stockholm, metal ores have been mined since the early 13th century. At the beginning of 2011, operator Boliden decided to invest a large sum in the expansion of the mine.
