Innovative strength is an important aspect when choosing our external partners. This includes the ability to develop new products as well as the ongoing optimization of the production and procurement processes to shorten lead times and continuously reduce costs.

The ProMinent Group's purchasing organization is divided into the following areas

• Direct Materials: includes everything that is directly related to a ProMinent sales product, for example raw materials, drawing-related parts, OEM or e-catalog goods.
• Indirect Materials: refers to the procurement of goods and services that are only indirectly related to the manufacture of a ProMinent sales product, e.g. technical equipment, travel services, consultancy or information services, etc.

On the one hand, we expect reliable quality and service from our suppliers. Furthermore, we demand timely delivery of the ordered goods and services at globally competitive total costs (Total Cost of Ownership, TCO).
