Main booth highlights: process pumps and chemical handling

The focus at our main booth will be on the key areas of process pumps and chemical handling.

In chemical industry applications, metering pumps have to withstand high pressure and extreme temperatures. Our hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are very well suited to this, from our powerful TriPower pumps to our ATEX-approved Evolution mikro pumps for metering micro-quantities.

Hydrogen technology is a trend topic of special interest to us. Green hydrogen is essential for the leap to a climate-neutral future and can be harnessed in partnership with ProMinent. We offer comprehensive advice for companies wishing to utilise this pioneering technology, for everything from its application in the energy supply and gas industries through to direct use of hydrogen.

One way in which we will demonstrate our chemical handling expertise is with DULCODOS SAFE-IBC , a special metering and emptying station for intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) that makes it particularly easy to safely and seamlessly store, empty and meter chemicals.

Second booth innovations: measuring and control technology

In addition, we will demonstrate our leading role as a supplier of measuring and control technology at our second booth. There we will have sensors that deliver exact readings in real time, controllers that are precisely tailored to customers' specific requirements and digital solutions that point the way to the future.

The new DULCOMETER diaLog X multi-parameter controller ensures that complex water treatment systems operate as efficiently as possible. The device is extremely flexible and suitable for many parameters. It is scalable and can control several systems simultaneously and decentrally. The software modules are freely configurable and can therefore be adapted to almost any customer application, conveniently without programming. This makes the controller the right choice for many scenarios, even on a large scale, such as cooling water treatment.

The new DULCOZERO measuring and control system delivers quick and reliable alerts in the event of a chlorine breakthrough, providing perfect protection for expensive membranes. The innovative "zero-chlorine-compatible" sensors measure chlorine breakthrough even after several months without the presence of chlorine. Operating costs are low because there is then no need for continuous chemical metering.

With the DULCOLEVEL radar liquid level sensor , we offer a complete chemical management solution in combination with the DULCONNEX secure IIoT platform , including convenient app-based configuration. Fluid levels, chemical consumption and other measurement data can be conveniently retrieved online via DULCONNEX to ensure timely refilling.
